Gather your running gear and be prepared to put your winning foot forward at the Chapman’s Challenge 2017 happening at Pangkor Laut Resort on May 13, 2017.
The inaugural biathlon experience was launched last year to commemorate the island adventures of British commando, Colonel Spencer during Japan-occupied World War II.
The race will see a 6.2km run around the island’s paths, through a two million year-old rainforest, including a 1km swim out of Emerald Bar before wrapping up at Chapman’s bar.
Open to professional athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike, the event is best experienced through a full board Pangkor Laut Resort package. Prices start from RM943++ per room per night with a required two-night stay from May 12-13, 2017. The package includes two entries to the race day of May 13, 2017, speedboat transfers, accommodation, daily meals and and a post-race dinner party.
Registration is available online at pangkorlautresort.com.
