In our cover story, we were privileged to have five fashionable ladies who are rising stars in the social scene - Yap Po Leen, Sophie Kamaruddin, Scha Alyahya, Kim Raymond and Nadia Anwar Tan. Sophie had to take a conference call halfway through the shoot; Scha had to push back a dress fitting for us in order to complete her shot and Nadia had to fit us in between a full working day.

The ladies nonetheless posed like professionals and in between their takes, created new friendships. For instance, Po Leen, Nadia and Kim hit it off with ease and immediately connected on Instagram after the photo session, just to arrange for a catchup date.
