Malaysian International Women's Association president, Tatyana Mekhontseva, Karen Teh and Robert Flippin

Maison Francaise, always supportive of the local art scene, recently hosted an exhibition to showcase the works of painter Karen Teh and photographer Ahsan Qureshi.

The pieces of art were put on display on both levels of the restaurants where they will be on show to the public until the 31st of May. Friends and family of the artists as well as members of the media got first look at the collection, accompanied by champagne and canapes provided by the French restaurant. The fine dining establishment, which name literally translates from French to mean 'French House' is the brainchild of Sainy Chun, who singlehandedly founded and currently presides over the place.

Among the distinguished guests that joined in the exclusive evening were Pakistani High Commissioner, HE Syed Hassan Raza, Danish Ambassador, HE Nicolai Ruge and the president of Malaysian International Women's Association, Tatyana Mekhontseva.
