KIP Real Estate Investment Trust celebrated their debut on the Bursa Malaysia Securities exchange with an appreciation dinner at Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

Coinciding with the equally propserous Chinese New Year period, guests were treated to a lion dance, Chinese themed performances and a delicious Chinese dinner.

Since its initial public offering on the exchange, KIP REIT has succesfully raise RM234.2 million.
