Rodo, the Italian maker of exquisite leather handbags and shoes, has arrived in Kuala Lumpur marked by the opening of its flagship store in Bangsar Shopping Centre. Rodo is recognised worldwide as 'The Luxury Artisan' for their embellished bags and shoes. Tan Sri Ng Yen Yen, chairman of Tourism Malaysia, was the guest of honour of the evening. She, along with Gianni Dori, CEO of Rodo, Datin Sharmini Chor and Federica Sammartino officiated the opening of the store with a ribbon-cutting ceremony witnessed by guests who included Dato' Rosemarie Wee and Puan Sri Sylvia Merican. A mini fashion show followed to showcase Rodo's current collection before refreshments were served.
