The winners of the inaugural South East Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) 2014 were announced on Tuesday at a glittering ceremony held in The Westin Kuala Lumpur, following the announcement of the shortlisted winners two weeks before.

A total of 19 awards were presented to the respective winners at the exclusive gala dinner, which saw Bobby Ting, Shen-Tel Lee and Previtha Rajah among those in attendance. More than 300 industry-leading figures gathered for the awards, which aims to celebrate the best developers, developments and designs of Malaysia's booming real estate sector. 

Among the biggest winners of the night were Sunway Integrated Properties, Tropicana Corporation Berhad and Sime Darby Group. The winners of each category will go on to compete at the prestigious South East Asia Property Awards 2014 which will be held in The Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, on the 16th of October 2014.
