Palace of the Golden Horses firmly believes that the best way to experience a culture is through its food and as such has launched its 'Spice Journey of Sri Lankan Indulgence' to bring the delectable flavours of Sri Lanka to Malaysians.
Chef Publis de Silva, one of Sri Lanka's most celebrated chefs as well as the only chef who holds a a doctorate in culinary art, will be the mastermind behind the food that will be served from now till the 31st of October at Carousel International Coffeehouse.
Present at the event as among the first to taste Sri Lankan treats like prawn tempered, fish curry malu mirisata and chicken chatii roast were the High Commissioner for Sri Lanka, HE Ibrahim Sahib Ansar, deputy secretary general of Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia, YB Junaida Lee Abdullah and Group CEO of Country Heights Holdings Bhd, Dianna Lee.
