Asian Food Channel and Berjaya University College of Hospitality join forces to bring Iron Chef Thailand Ian Kittichai to Malaysia, as part of the chef's “Taste of Thailand” tour.

Privileged guests including HE Maria Isabel Rendon, Vivienne Cheng and Dato' Vijay Kumar were invited to an exclusive dinner party to taste delicious Thai cuisine by award winning restaurateur, chef and television personality Ian Kittichai.

Among the many scrumptious dishes served during the 6-course dinner, Chef Kittichai demonstrated how to make his famous grilled beef salad before allowing his dinner guests to taste the dish for themselves.
