The Point, the colourful and illustrious restaurant owned by Valerie Ong and Sam Tan that has carved a name for itself with its fusion style menu of innovative dishes, has recently been inducted into the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, an international association of gastronomy with over 25,000 member in over 80 countries that aims to bring together dining enthusiasts who share the same values for quality and fine dining. The occasion was marked with a Bailliage de Perak Amical dinner at the restaurant where a plaque presentation ceremony also took place, certifying the inclusion of The Point into the association. Guests like Lovy Beh, Datuk Sundra Rajoo and T Arivananthan were among those present to witness the milestone before tucking into a delectable 4-course dinner of the restaurant's best dishes.
