When Ikhwan Nafik and Kerina Shah announced their engagement, they began organising a series of tatler_events to commemorate their big day. The celebrations started off with a classy akad nikah ceremony held at her private residenceIt was not long before he and Kerina—daughter of the late Dato’ Kadar Shah Sulaiman —were solemnised as husband and wife.

A reception hosted by the bride and her family, was the first grand affair which saw a host of socialites and celebrities alike coming together to celebrate their love and union, on January 19th. The guest of honour was the gracious HRH Tuanku Najihah. Social stalwarts Tunku Datuk Mudzaffar and Tunku Dara Naquiah also took centre stage in the beautifully decorated hall.
