The Macallan celebrated the launch of its newest addition, the Macallan Rare Cask, with an exclusive event at Ruyi & Lyn hosted by Edrington's own brand trainer, Keith Nair. 

The new expression that is modern, rare and luxurious with impeccable complexity and depth was introduced to a specially hand-selected group of guests by means of a delectable 4-course whisky pairing dinner. 

Serenaded by a live jazz quartet, guests like Robin Ang, Nadine Ann Thomas and Sarah Lian were brought through the flavour profiles of the whisky via a special exhibition adventure and got to savour its opulent notes after during the dinner by Ruyi & Lyn.
