After eight and a half years of courtship, Mah Kok Wah and Angelyn Chong tied the knot before their loved ones. Introduced to each other by Angelyn's sisters Clairyn and Cherlyn, the couple's shared passion for food and travel strengthened their relationship despite their six-year age gap.

The couple's wedding celebrations were filled with laughter, especially during the gatecrashing ceremony, held early in the morning. The couple's lively entourage kept guests in stitches, as Angelyn's bridesmaids faced off against Kok Wah's pilot-costume wearing groomsmen.

On the same day, the dinner reception had over 600 of the guests’ closest family members and friends in attendance. There was even a LlaoLlao bar where guests like Dato’ Eric Ong, Puan Sri Lisa Teo, Bryan Loo and Kyle Hong were invited to customise frozen yoghurt to their liking.

As the first course of dinner was served, the best man Bryan Loo and the bride’s brother Kenny Chong went onstage for a short speech about the couple. As customary, Kok Wah, Angelyn and their family members then led a boisterous yam seng toast in tribute to the couple's future happiness.
