Skyworld hits yet another milestone in its mission to transform cities.

The first two quarters of 2017 saw the property developer bagging a total of 8 prestigious awards at both the local and the regional level. Four of the most recent ones include the coveted BCI Asia Top 10 Developer (green & sustainable) in Malaysia, in recognition of its green initiatives.

Its project, SkyArena @ Setapak, on the other hand, was named the Best Sports-Oriented Integrated Development in Malaysia during the Property Insight Prestigious Awards (PIPDA) 2017.

The township isn’t celebrated for its first-of-its-kind integration of sport complex only, however.

At the Asia Pacific International Property Awards held in Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, Bangkok; the Bennington Residences at Sky Arena particularly won the Best Regional Landscape Architecture in Asia Pacific alongside another Skyworld project, SkyLuxe On The Park @ Bukit Jalil.

The staggering number of awards affirms Skyworld’s unwavering commitment to quality and excellence.

Mr Lee Chee Seng, COO of SkyWorld shares the sentiment: “These awards are a testament to SkyWorld’s ongoing endeavour in delivering a good mix of projects centred around our three main strengths namely – value creation, integrated Sky Living experience and innovative concepts and design. Winning these awards, both on local and regional levels underscored our constant strive for excellence."

Other winners you must know: First-time filmmaker Dhyan Vimal and artist Philip Wong who have won accolades in their respective industry and made Malaysians proud.
