Excitement ran high as the cream of the country’s high society made their grand entrance at the Malaysia Tatler Ball in their finest dress and tux.

The glamorous threads from celebrated designers shimmered and swayed, in a well put-together look complemented by sparkly arm candies and sexy heels.

Celest Thoi was a popular choice this year, with IT society girls Gabrielle Tan-Helfman and Lim Ai San making her their tried and tested designer. Yong Mei Leng made heads in a show-stopping crimson gown by Jonathan Cheng. Other top choices include Oscar De La Renta, InnaiRed and Roland Mouret.

And the most popular clutch choice of the night was definitely Anya Hindmarch, where we spotted the must-have fashion item in different shapes and shades.

The men too looked their best in local and international designer suits (Wardrobe, Lord’s Tailor and Dolce & Gabbana) that ticks all the right boxes of formal wear. Their choices of accessories, from uber-exclusive timepieces to cool shoes, certainly made them strong fashion contenders.
