The new Chance Eau Vive was premiered with a fun video of a group of girls engaged in a bowling match using none other than bottles of Chance fragrances.
Think Chanel's Chance fragrances and only the energetic, the fun, the joyous come to mind. The Chance Eau Fraiche energises with its freshness and the Chance Eau Tendre rejuvenates with a sparkling youth.
Now, Chanel has added another another version to the range that stands in for luck in the fragrance equation – the Chance Eau Vive.
Made for those born under the lucky star, it is a concoction that gives momentum, an intense burst of energy, upon wearing. Its vitality is not one that is fleeting either; it is dynamic and boundless, with a liveliness that overflows from the get-go.
The new addition was premiered with a fun video that showcases a group of girls engaged in a bowling match using none other than the Chance fragrances as bowling ball and pins. The newest member to the group takes a chance with the Eau Vive bottle and bowls it down the alley.
It strikes all 3 other waiting bottles that are the previous versions – the original Chance, the Eau Fraiche and Eau Tendre – and together, they explode in a beautiful medley of colour, scent and art.
The girls cheer and welcome the new member into their arms, symbolic of the new addition of the Eau Vive into the Chance family.

The new fragrance brings back grapefruit at its heart, an ingredient already found in the original fragrance, enticing with a fruity bloom that ends with a sophisticated touch of bitterness. Upon settling on the skin, it pulsates with a citrus accord, setting off the fragrance's fresh and energetic tones.
Gradually, jasmine and white musk will take over, ending with distant echoes of cedar-iris that are delicious and revitalising.
