Often fascinated by Norman Parkinson's beautiful imagery, celebrity makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury launches a vintage-inspired makeup collection that pays homage to his iconic photography.

Tilbury says, "He was an alchemist of light, capturing the sun and the differing effects of mood-lighting on the skin in a really unique way."

Using the colour palette often seen in Parkinson's images, the makeup artist created a series of bronzers, highlighters, lipsticks and blushers that aims to make its wearer more youthful and glamourous.

Along with the makeup products, the set also comes with a series of covetable bags and casing that is created using Jerry Hall's first British Vogue editorial and cover shoot, one of Parkinson's most iconic set of photographs.

Styled by Grace Coddington and shot by Parkinson, the images features Jerry Hall in luscious lashes, sculpted cheeks and a blood orange coloured lip while she is clad in swimsuits and safari-themed fashion.

Highlighting the collection is the special gift set, which includes Filmstar Brobze & Glow (Suntan & Sunlight); Colour Of Youth (Lip & Cheek Colour); Dreamy Glow Highlighter; Matte Revolution lipstick (1975 Red); Matte Revolution lipstick (Miss Kensington), 'On Call' Makeup Bag and The Bathing Beauty Bag.

 

Available at selected department stores worldwide and on the Charlotte Tilbury website, the makeup collection is priced at £265 (RM1,630).
