Aside from the clothes, something else was all the talk at the Dior show during its Spring/Summer 2015 preview – the models’ eyes.
Quite the opposite of smoky eyes or dramatic statement-making eyeliners that is the look of the season, pops of pastel dressed their peepers, noticeably in pink, pistachio and peach.
They are Dior’s new ‘Pastel Eyes’, satin sticker eyeliners that are part of Dior’s 'Kingdom of Colors' collection. Made from fabric satin, they come in 4 pairs of repositionable multi-wear stickers that adapt to any eye shape.
To use, simply position them along the lashline and once adhered, they present an unmistakably modern look of couture makeup in the blink of an eye.
The strips echo Dior's Spring/Summer 2015 Ready-to-Wear collection that also featured long satin linen coats and satin dresses in delicate colours. Discreet and elegant, the new collections -- both in clothes and makeup -- navigate between eras and styles to create a look for the modern woman.
