Tsyahmi, Jovian Mandagie for Zalora, Fyza Kadir for FashionValet

From Jovian Mandagie's art deco collection to Bernard Chandran neon colours designs and Tsyahmi's all-white baju kurungs, this Raya is all about modernity at its best.

Raya is just two short weeks away and if you haven't sorted out your festive wardrobe, there is still time for you to get a quick shopping fix.

This year, our talented pool of Malaysian designers have collectively designed their collections to reflect the modern women's needs. Gone are the traditional cuts and designs as we see a myriad of  striking silhouettes and bright prints emerge in the market for 2015.

While Jovian Mandagie launches a new collaboration with fashion e-retailer Zalora, others like including Tsyahmi and Bernard Chandran stick to their own to create amazing designs for this coming Raya.

Here, we bring you five outstanding fashion collections that will add extravagance Raya celebrations.

Bernard Chandran
Inspired by the colours on his daughter’s T-shirt, Dato' Bernard Chandran steps up his game to create a collection that plays with black and fluorescent hues.

On top of the beautiful range of colours, he introduces a new way of lace-patching that brings fun and excitement to the classic lace-on-lace fabric. The 'kurung' cut is also updated with modern and elegant silhouettes that allow flexibility in styling.

Fyza Kadir for FashionValet.com
This Raya, FashionValet has engaged many personalities and designers to create exclusive collections for its patrons and one of the standouts is the Fyza Kadir collaboration.

For this collection, actress Fyza Kadir pushes out a series of baju kurungs in bright shades of neon. From sleeves to shoulders and hemlines, each design is decorated with sleek black feathers that contrast the neon fabric to create elegant yet trendy designs.

Tsyahmi
This festive season, Tsyahmi delivers a series of all-white traditional Raya pieces that is reinforced with a contemporary sensibility. Hence, a line of two-piece looks are created with pants to give a fresh take on Raya fashion.

From peplum silhouettes to laser cut fabrics, the collection is no short of edgy aesthetics that fit women of every age and personality.

Jovian Mandagie for Zalora
Taking cues from art decor works, Jovian Mandagie designs a collection of geometric prints printed in hues of lime green, blood red, cobalt blue and canary yellow that are set to elevate your festive spirit.

Designed for the metropolitan women, the collection combines the roaring '20s and mod architecture to give an infinite impact for the wearer in every occasion.

Comoddity
Let's not forget about the dandy gentlemen, who also need a quick fashion fix before Raya arrives. Comoddity's EID 2015 collection is perfect for those who aren't afraid to express their sartorial styles.

Highlighting the collection are two-piece looks and jubahs that sport intricate embroideries to add the wow factor. On top of that, you will also find matching looks in childrenswear to create the perfect father and son combo to make Raya merrier than ever.
