Claudia Kim and Nico Rosberg for TUMI Global Citizen campaign 2015

Tumi announced the arrival of South Korean actress Claudia Kim and F1 driver Nico Rosberg as the new ambassadors for its two-part Global Citizen campaign for 2015.

Entering its third consecutive season, the Global Citizen campaign helmed by Tumi is a raging success that resonates with the global jetsetters and luxury travellers.

For each campaign, Tumi has engaged a list of international celebrities as Global Citizens and they are jetsetting personalities that best represent the Tumi lifestyle. Past ambassadors include musician Dave Altarescu, ballerina Alison Stroming and athlete Rauf Yasit.

This year, the brand sought out South Korean actress Claudia Kim and Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 driver Nico Rosberg to join its league of international ambassadors. The two are the most recognisable personalities to ever grace a Tumi campaign.

Claudia says, "As I travel around the world, I’m realising that every place I go influences me in some way. I believe being a true Global Citizen means you have the willingness and openness to step outside of your own boundaries, and I’m honoured to represent that on behalf of TUMI."

For the 2015 campaign, Tumi traveled to the enchanting city of Barcelona, where cultural diversity is at its best. Split into two parts, the campaign will showcase Tumi's interpretation of global life through the talented Claudia and Nico, who are both avid travellers.

Nico agrees saying, "Being a Formula One driver means a lot of traveling. I’m delighted that both the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team have been able to benefit from TUMI’s expertise in design excellence, innovation and functionality."

 

The campaign will showcase TUMI’s signature and seasonal collection products sold at TUMI collection stores, www.tumi.com, select retailers and specialty stores worldwide.
