Florals
Men's florals will be everywhere come spring. In Milan, Gucci and Prada showed off plenty of floral print suiting, followed on notably in Paris by Dries Van Noten. It doesn't stop with the tailoring: bold prints also appear on silk shirts and trousers, as well as poplin t-shirts worn under blazers and colorful sweaters in baroque-esque florals.

Slouchy suiting
Pilati's return to the runway at Ermenegildo Zegna featured plenty of slouchy summer suiting looks. The fluid lines in cottons, wool blends and linens were also featured in abundance at Emporio Armaniand cropped up in Lucas Ossendrijver's menswear at Lanvin.

50s casual style
Miuccia Prada is of course the queen when it comes to a retro-modern weekend look. Christophe Lemaire, Bottega Veneta, and Brioni all played with pleated trousers, zip-up summer jackets, and preppy shirting too. Finish the look with plimpsolls, a smart lace up or a leather sandal.

Technical sportswear
For Spring 2014 you can shed off winter wools and start rocking technical fabrics in a range of surf, skate and soccer influenced styles. Shaun Samson is one of the young designers pushing the look while older fixtures on the luxury scene including Kris Van Assche and Issey Miyake are also behind the trend.
