(RelaxNews) -- A discreetly styled new collection of luggage has been released by fashion superbrand Louis Vuitton that mimics the new BMW i8 hybrid sportscar. It is styled after the interior aesthetics and is designed to fit perfectly within the vehicle.
Comprising two travel bags, a business case and a garment bag, each item has a carbon black finish, dyed, natural leather handles and comes complete with Louis Vuitton's unmistakable checkered Damier pattern.
And while each bag is also laser-etched with the Louis Vuitton signature, the only visual nod to the fact that the collection is specifically for the new BMW is the black and electric blue microfiber lining inside each item -- a reference to the German carmaker's brand colors -- that and the fact that like the cutting-edge car they've been created for, the luggage is made entirely from carbon fiber to save weight yet increase strength.

The Louis Vuitton luggage series will be available upon request in a selection of Louis Vuitton stores worldwide (Munich, Milan, London, Paris, Moscow, Dubai, New York, Los Angeles) starting April 1, 2014.
