Louis Vuitton by Juergen Teller

Louis Vuitton launches its 'Series 2' campaign with three photographers and one nontraditional exhibition of its latest collection in the heart of Hollywood.

Following the success of its 'Series 1' campaign in the last autumn, Louis Vuitton has once again sought out three photographers to create a sequel campaign named 'Series 2' for its spring 2015 collection.

The 'Series 2' campaign continues the visual exploration of Louis Vuitton's collection through the eyes of these three photographers – Annie Leibovitz, Juergen Teller and Bruce Weber – where each finds a unique interpretation of the brand's heritage and its brilliant new collection by Nicolas Ghesquiere (see gallery below).

In New York, the French fashion label had Annie Leibovitz capturing the beautiful Freja Beha Erichsen atop three skyscrapers, which were still under construction, to reflect the latest collection that balances between the familiarity of a wardrobe and the innovative character created by savoir faire.

As for Juergen Teller, he took four models including Jean Campbell and Daphne Simons to Paris for a shoot that highlighted the artistic French qualities that the collection embodies, while Bruce Weber shot Jennifer Connelly in sunny Miami to feature the defined curves and lines of the collection.

Along with the launch of its campaign imagery, Louis Vuitton had also launched a fashion exhibition titled 'Series 2 – Past, Present and Future' that is open to public from now till 22nd February 2015. This project is one of the many efforts that the brand took to bring art into fashion.

Housed within a multi-room space, each room within takes the visitors through the history of Louis Vuitton and shows them what makes Louis Vuitton the brand it is today.

Visitors will also find a modern and unexpected showcase of a fashion show created through film and imagery to explain the inspirations of Louis Vuitton Women's Spring/Summer 2015 collection.

The exhibition starts with the 'Abstract Title' room that marks the entrance and will follow by many other spaces like the 'Magic Trunk' and 'Savoir-fair Room' before ending at the 'Infinite Show Room' where you will find a 360-degree projection of all 48 looks in the Spring/Summer 2015 collection.

Los Angeles only marks the first stop of the exhibition. In the following months, the exhibition will go on a world tour to showcase the beauty of Vuitton to its patrons and the next city scheduled is Beijing, China.
