Famed British model, Cara Delevingne, collaborates with Mulberry to design a collection of chic and modern backpacks for fashionistas everywhere.
The much anticipated Mulberry Cara Delevingne Collection has finally launched online and is already hitting Mulberry boutiques worldwide.
We first got wind of the Mulberry collaboration with top British model Cara Delevingne during London Fashion Week in late February 2014. While the whole world was abuzz about this project, we all had to wait for almost 6 months before it was officially launched.
Cara Delevingne, known for her unique style and vivacious personality, has created a series of convertible backpacks that aims for the ‘hand-free’ devotees who need to travel light no matter the occasion.
As a busy and coveted top model who is always on-the-move, Cara understands the need of a practical bag, which led to her designing this bag that can be worn three ways: on the back for running from the gym to the office, from meeting to meeting, from train to plane; on the shoulder from work to dinner or from town to country; and hand-held for effortless elegance at all times.
Three principal designs – natural leather (a Mulberry signature), quilted Nappa leather and bespoke camouflage print in soft haircalf – are available in a number of colours that can suit women of all ages and personality.
Along with the three designs, Cara also designed a limited edition bag with beautiful gold lion rivets, inspired by her famous lion tattoo, that are studded to exquisite soft Nappa Leather.
Cara says: “I want there to be hidden gems inside, based on things that are personal to me, which my tattoos definitely are.”

Prices for the Mulberry Cara Delevingne Collection starts from RM 6,690. The collection is currently available online and in Mulberry boutiques worldwide.
