Bottega Veneta, Burberry Prorsum and Band of Outsiders

It is looking to be an exciting season where safari jackets and silk and lace dresses intertwine with the latest from Armani, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Gucci and more.

Cruise, Resort, Pre-Collection -- whatever label these clothes go by, they're certainly a fun addition to the fashion calendar, and offer something of a preview of what to expect when the Spring-Summer 2015 collections hit the runway in the fall. After the three big Cruise/Resort runway shows from Dior, Chanel and Louis Vuitton, the rest of the fashion world has started to unveil some equally stunning new collections.

Marc by Marc Jacobs mixed workwear influences with floral prints and pleats. Armani served up flowing silks, kimono-blazers and python prints. Gucci featured chic 1970s-style denim and lots of crystal embellishment. Sporty and tailored, the Rag & Bone duo mixed workwear with officewear influences.
