This Mid-Autumn Festival, well known Chinese restaurant Grand Harbour will be celebrating the occasion with a trio of special dishes to delight the family.
Families can tuck into steamed chicken with lotus seed and garlic in lotus leaf, braised spare ribs with chestnut and fried onion, as well as red dates layer cake, each incorporating ingredients famous during the season.
