Mosaic at Mandarin Oriental KL is celebrating the occasion all day long with special Malaysian-themed lunch and dinner. On the food front, local delights will be highlighted consisting of a good mix of Malay, Indian and Chinese delicacies, including a dedicated booth for every Malaysian's favourite teh tarik. A '1Malaysia' dance performance will also take place at 1.30pm and 8pm while Malay 'kampung-syle' decorations as well as Oriental Chinese elements and Indian 'kolam' will intersperse the space to set the mood.

In the spirit of Malaysia Day, Cinnamon Coffee House has also catered its buffet offering to resemble the nation's wealth of diversity. You'll easily find Malay sup kambing and ayam masak madu alongside Chinese-style wok-fried prawns and Indian varuval curries and more. In the spirit of Malaysia Day, Carousel International Coffeehouse at Palace of the Golden Horses is inviting the whole family to join them for a buffet hi-tea called the 'Our Day' buffet.
