Promising an experience that will whisk you away to Japan, Fincch is the latest sushi joint to offer ingredients fresh from Tsukiji Fish Market, complete with a chef that boasts more than 26 years of experience in Japanese cuisine. Modern American dining comes to TREC in KL, offering food with an American base that incorporates European, Asian and Latin American culinary influences made to pair with natural wines and super food cocktails. 8. Hokkaido Ichie

Kamameshi, Japanese kettle pot cooked rice, from Hokkaido is this restaurant's forte. While dishes such as scallop or chicken meatball cheese cooked rice may take the spotlight, the restaurant also features plenty of other specialities from the region.
