Don't be that person who shows up at an old shuttered spot, leaving completely confounded. Take note of your favourite restaurant/bar's new postcodes

An homage to Malaysia's own JungleBird (read an excellent investigative piece on the cocktail and its origins at Thirst Mag), KL's favourite 'Rumah Rum' is moving to a "lighter, breezier space" in Bukit Damansara.

Continue to pair rum-based tipples with comfort food at the award-winning bar founded by three industry veterans, Lolita Goh, Divyesh Chauhan and Joshua Ivanovic.

It's just a matter of weeks before Nobu Kuala Lumpur, which first burst onto the scene in 2014, switches its sky-high views for something else.

"After a long deliberation, we have decided to upgrade and elevate our guests' dining experience through new features at a landmark destination with global appeal, the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur," announced general manager Gopi Kanala.

While Nobu Matsuhisa's miso-marinated black cod and other cult dishes will still be available after the move, no longer will diners be 'pressed up' against the Petronas Twin Towers. Fans and friends of the restaurant are encouraged to experience its exceptional views at Menara 3 KLCC one last time before 2020 wraps up.
