It comes with over 60 delicious and, more importantly, healthy vegetarian dishes -- no more reason to not eat healthy.

Eating right and staying healthy isn’t the easiest path to get on but it helps to have reinforcement every once in a while to keep you motivated 

Vegetarian and holistic health restaurant BMS Organics wants to help you do exactly that with its all-new Green Monday initiative that comes with a new Green Menu. All it asks is for you to go vegetarian one day of the week (preferably at the start, hence Monday!) and once that becomes a habit, you’re on the right track to a better you.

With it, it has premiered a new menu that comes with over 60 delicious and, more importantly, healthy vegetarian dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and mid-afternoon snacks. There’s no more reason to not eat healthy when it’s so convenient.

Some of the new dishes include the summer grain quinoa, organic harvest salad, fruity nutty French toast, fresh yoghurt dragon fruit. For something with a bit more bite, the organic 8-vege rice, hakka lei cha and organic curry pot will satisfy the biggest appetites. 

Local treats like nasi lemak, assam laksa and curry laksa are also available, but made with healthier alternatives so you don’t have to forgo your favourite foods.

The new menu is now available across all 19 BMS Organics restaurants across the Klang Valley now.
