Dancing Fish at Bangsar Shopping Centre celebrates this festive season with a special “Makan Bersama-sama Dinner Set”.

Dancing Fish rose in popularity not only because of its contemporary yet classic Malay-Indonesian cuisine, but also thanks to its namesake signature dish named after the restaurant.

Food at the restaurant marries the cooking philosophies of two diverse cuisines, mixing spices, flavours and culinary know-how into dishes that will sate the palate.

This Ramadan, a special Makan Bersama-sama dinner set will be served at the establishment.

For the main, a choice of seafood, meat and poultry is served, with the seafood being the restaurant’s popular aforementioned dancing fish with mango kerabu.

Fresh from the tank, deep fried until perfectly golden and then served with a side of homemade mango kerabu salad, this is one dish that serves as a perfect companion to a plate of steaming white rice.

The dish takes Australian short ribs, marinates them for 24 hours with a variety of herbs and spices, grills them over glowing charcoal embers and then serves it with homemade green and red chilli sambal.

Finally, bebek goreng Bali (crispy duck) rounds out the mains, featuring a special mix of Balinese seasoning that is infused into the duck for a whole day before being fried until crisp and moist.

The restaurant’s festive set promotion has two tiers: the first for 5 to 6 diners and the other for 8 to 10, both priced at RM437.80 and RM822.80 respectively.

The promotion will start on the May 27 and end on the  June 24. It will be available from 6:30PM to 9:30PM.
