Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur and Lai Po Heen will be introducing authentic Cantonese cuisine from November 26 to 29.

From November 26 to 29, head over to Lai Po Heen at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur to sample a new aspect of Cantonese cuisine with special menus over lunch and dinner.

Award-winning Executive Chef Wong Wing Keung will be making a special appearance during the four day stint at Lai Po Heen along with his team from Yee Tung Heen restaurant at The Excelsior in Hong Kong.

With more than 30 years worth of experience, Chef Wong has worked at various notable establishments in both Korea and China. He also oversaw the kitchen during the visit of then United States Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton at Sanya back in 2010.

Chef Wong and his team will be offering two menus for lunch known as the Assorted Chiu Chow Dumplings in Three Styles as well as the Assorted Hong Kong Dim Sum Platter.

The dinner menu consists of a 7-course award-winning set menu which includes Whole Boston lobster in two flavours, Braised rice with crab mean and spring onion as well as Twins Mushroom Platter, just to name a few.
