Chef Ryan Clift from Tippling Club in Singapore will be in town for the weekend to cook up a culinary storm unlike any other.

In town from October 26 to 29, the extremely talented chef Ryan Clift will be taking over The Brasserie at St Regis Kuala Lumpur for a special menu only available during his time here.

Clift comes from in from Singapore's Tippling Club, where the chef-owner has wowed numerous critics and gained a string of awards (including a spot on Asia's Best 50 Restaurants) with his inventive fare.

Diners can expect mind boggling dishes like cheesecake pills for dessert and more gastronomic wonders that will be paired with Hennessy every course of the way.
