From Guangzhou to Kuala Lumpur, award-winning Chef Fei will takeover Lai Po Heen at Mandarin Oriental to showcase his innovative Chinese dishes.

From 17 to 23 July, award-winning restaurant Jiang by Chef Fei from Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou will be taking over Lai Po Heen at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur to give diners the chance to taste his signature creations.

Diners can look forward to delicious selections such as pan-fried goose and radish dumpling, roasted wenchang chicken with flaxseeds as well as fine noodles in lobster soup.

Chef Fei's inventive cooking techniques saw him pickup awards the likes of Guangdong Top 10 Diamond Chef in 2009 and The Best Chef in China and The Most Popular Restaurant in 2015 to name a few.

The Chinese master chef will be debuting two types of lunch menus (six courses) and two types of a dinner menus (seven courses) during his time here.
