Malaysians can now order their favourite kuih, snacks and tidbits from famous shops around the country online and receive it at their doorstep.

Food Connection, an online delivery service operating out of Ipoh, started out of one family's desire to give Malaysians both in and out of the country the chance to savour a taste of home.

The website currently sells souveniers and snacks from Penang, Ipoh and the Klang Valley, with items like Malaysia coffee, ba kwa (pork jerky), and pineapple rolls being some of the items up for sale.

Most of the snacks currently offered are leaning heavily towards Malaysian Chinese cuisine. Food Connection also has the option to deliver to Singapore and Hong Kong.
