Chef Stephane Buron of Le Chabichou is cooking at the Mandarin Grill.

The Mandarin Grill at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur is currently hosting Chef Stephane Buron who is boldly taking diners on a gastronomic journey.

The head of the 2-Michelin star restaurant Le Chabichou, in the French Alps, is known for his cooking fine French cuisine using fresh, natural and seasonal ingredients with a touch of artsy flair. He was crowned the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France in 2004, and honour bestowed only to the finest craftsmen in France.

From now until May 6, the esteemed chef will be curating multiple course menus for lunch and dinner, with highlights like the chilled duck foie gras with Granny Smith apple, the Signature Oscietre caviar box and the roasted Black Angus beef tenderloin with liquorice stick and red wine sauce.
