The soft-spoken Sricharan Venkatesh is the talented mastermind behind the restaurant’s sumptuous 9- and 11-mile journey courses—pleasuring taste buds with every mouthful. Instilling creative flair in his curated dishes, the talented chef takes fresh and simple ingredients to create sophisticated flavours for guests. Taking charge of Nadodi’s kitchen, Sricharan has mastered modern techniques, which cultivated a following among connoisseurs of food, one of them being Ferhat Nazri and his fellow foodie friends.

Ferhat’s love for food began in the early ’90s, when as a child, he stumbled upon a beautiful spread of salad, cold cuts, pies and Vol-au-vent at a cafe in Toronto. “Years later, as a student in London, I came across an even better spread at Ottolenghi in Notting Hill and my affinity for food and its presentation grew from there!” Ever since, he enjoys sampling new dishes and eateries, plus revisits old favourites like Nadodi.
“I love exploring new cuisines and would travel the world to dine at places I’m curious about. At the same time, I’m also a creature of habit, and tend to return to the places which I absolutely love. And it’s great that the HSBC Credit Card features great rewards for those who travel and dine!”
