Chef-owner Darren Chin of DC Restaurant is handpicked by the House of Hennessy once again to create a limited special menu that mirrors the values of the maison, this time working with Hennessy Paradis Imperial.
Available from June 26 to July 31 every Tuesday to Sunday, this special menu (available for preview at the end of the article) celebrates the coming of two culinary forces, both driven by three pillars: the art of selection, the point of elegance and the relentless quest for perfection.
Priced at RM998 per head, diners will experience a gastonomic flight of tastes and sophistication only two pinnacles of their respective fields can bring to the table.
