Self-professed 'spirits evangelist' Tom Egerton will be stinting at Bar Trigona at The Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, February 27th from 8pm till late. The upcoming edition of the #IngredientFocusGuestShift' will rope in Chocolate Concierge's expertise in our local fruit farms.

Collaboration With Chocolate Concierge

Never before done in Malaysia, Bar Trigona's Ingredient Focus Guest Shift arranges for guest mixologists to meet the farmers responsible for their ingredients. Earlier this year, Vijay Mudaliar took time off from Singapore's Native Cocktail Bar to tap into Malaysians' knowledge of palm wine, better known as 'toddy' on our streets.

This time, Tom Egerton and Ashish Sharma, head bartender of Bar Trigona, will forage for ingredients under Chocolate Concierge's lead. Spearheaded by Ong Ning Geng, the boutique chocolatier relies on farms in Pahang that produce much more than cacao fruit.
