Let’s Mess Up Luigi’s Kitchen: Six Chefs Storm Mandarin Grill's Kitchen On April 29
Creatively titled "Let’s Mess Up Luigi’s Kitchen" after Luigi Stinga, chef de cuisine of Mandarin Grill, six prominent chefs based in the Klang Valley will collaborate to present a seven-course degustation menu on April 29. From progressive Japanese cuisine to modern European fare, each of the chef's specialities will collide in a one-off menu.
The chefs are:
- Luigi Stinga of Mandarin Grill
- Jun Wong of Kikubari
- Chai Chun Boon of Copper
- Tyson Gee of Atas Modern Malaysian Eatery
- Lroy Lim of Willow
- Jeff Ramsey of Japas by Jeff Ramsey
Guests can also expect unique cocktails at Mandarin Oriental Bar, courtesy of guest bartender Giovanni Andrea Magliaro of Frank’s Bar. Drinks will be served at 6pm as well as after dinner. Reservations are required, as the event sees limited seating.
