Ingredients

• 45ml Monkey Shoulder
• 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 2 dashes angostura bitters
• Ginger beer 

Instructions

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker well. Strain into a tall glass full of ice. Top with ginger beer (ginger ale is ok too, but beer is tastier!). Garnish with an orange slice.

Here's a fun fact: Before ending up on the label of a whisky bottle, Monkey Shoulder was associated with a muscle injury that workers would get from repeatedly flipping large quantities of malted barley as part of the whisky making process.
