Pizzas at Passione are made under the watchful gaze of chef Stefano, where he takes great effort into ensuring the pizzas he serves are the same pizzas he wants to eat. As a result, the pizza base is crispy, light and incredibly smoky, while imported toppings seal the deal flavour wise.

A high heat wood fired pizza is the secret to the restaurant's great tasting pizzas.

Pasta also receives love over at Passione, as any authentic Italian restaurant should, being made fresh daily at the insistence of the chef. Made from scratch, the pasta used at the restaurant is a variant native to the chef's hometown called "chittara". Because of this, chef Stefano's noodle dishes taste quite unique as compared to most places in the city, with the noodles having a denser texture and a stronger bite. 

No Italian meal is complete without a drink and the fully stocked cocktail bar on the first floor offers just that. The bar's menu is made to cater to both newcomers and seasoned drinkers alike, promising to use a variety of quality ingredients and methods to keep you coming back for more.
