Arguably one of the most successful Japanese chefs in the world, Nobu Matsuhisa, of the eponymous famous chain of Japanese-Peruvian restaurants Nobu, is set to launch his memoir in Kuala Lumpur. In true Nobu fashion, he's hosting a series of dinners to coincide with the launch.

Nobu, one of the world's most successful restaurant empires, with stakes in the hotel industry as well, was started by a Japanese chef and his friend Robert DeNiro.

Nobu Matsuhisa, the chef-owner of his eponymous F&B empire who wears his heart on his sleeve, will be officially launching his memoir in Kuala Lumpur by hosting a one-night-only dinner on March 28.

The dinner will feature a 6-course omakase experience designed and curated by chef Nobu himself alongside his team in Kuala Lumpur.

Surely to be a pageturner, you can nab yourself an autographed copy of his new book, "Nobu: A Memoir", along with the exclusive dinner for RM895++ per person.

As you may expect, there will only be a limited number of seats for the launch-dinner, so fans and those interested may want to start making reservations as soon as possible.

Besides the launch-dinner, chef Nobu will also be hosting a separate dining experience called "An evening with Chef Nobu" available from March 26 to March 28.

Those who attend either dining experience will get to taste a portfolio of the successful chef's culinary repertoire.
