Chef Michael Chew to oversee the entire F&B kitchen operation of One World Hotel.

One World Hotel has recently promoted Chef Michael Chew as its new Executive Chef and he will oversee the entire hotel's kitchen operations.

Prior to this, Chef Michael was appointed the Chinese Chef for Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant and Banquet in 2009. Given his years of experience as a chef who specialises in authentic Chinese cuisine, Chef Michael also has a burning passion for Asian cuisine like Malay, Thai and Nyonya dishes. 

With more than two decades of being in the hospitality industry under his belt, Chef Michael is more than capable of manning the helm of One World Hotel's F&B operations, bringing a new dimension to the hotel’s signature restaurants, banquets and catering facilities.

Also at One World Hotel, Zuan Yuan serves up Jiangsu cuisine until the end of October
