If you thought the signature lobster roll was the stuff of dreams, wait till you try it dressed up with truffle sauce, topped with truffle shaving and more truffle caviar.

What better time to indulge yourself than on your birthday?

Pince & Pints, the popular lobster-only eatery in Telawi Bangsar is turning one and instead of indulging only by itself, it is spreading the love and inviting one and all to head on over for a very special, very indulgent limited-time-only promotion.

To celebrate its very delicious milestone, it is proud to introduce the truffle lobster roll.

If you thought its signature lobster roll was the stuff of dreams, wait till you try it dressed up with truffle sauce, topped with truffle shaving and more truffle caviar.

We’re not kidding – the meat from a whole lobster (claw included, of course!) is first blanched for a quick 3-4 minutes before taking an ice bath. It is then seared in butter and the delicious housemade truffle sauce that gives it that signature earthy fragrance of the diamonds of the kitchen. The generous morsels are then coated with chopped chives before stuffed into a warm buttery brioche roll for bites that are satisfyingly bitey each time.

That’s not all, truffle shaving and truffle caviar go on top after, for intense flavours with each bite.

The result is a symphony of sweet, springy lobster with each mouthful, bolstered by a robust cream sauce for incomparable indulgence. Every once in a while, you get a pleasant surprise of a punchy earthiness when you chance upon the truffle shavings and caviar. Springy, vibrant and juicy at first bite before maturing in flavour and texture to present a hearty and definitely satisfying experience, it’s something every truffle (or lobster, in general) lover needs to try at least once.

It comes with the regular side of fries and chef’s salad, but brought up a notch with a new housemade truffle sauce so it’s truly an all-encompassing truffle meal.

Priced at RM178++, this truffle lobster roll is available for a limited time only from October 1 – December 31 so make sure you get a taste while you can.
