To secure a year of abundant blessings that’s delicious and premium this Chinese New Year, Shang Palace, Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, is offering six varieties of Yee Sang, namely the salmon Yee Sang, crispy fish skin and jellyfish flower Yee Sang, crispy soft shell crab Yee Sang, sliced abalone Yee Sang, tempura lobster meat Yee Sang and Korean snow pear Yee Sang.
