Moving on to the main dishes, be sure to savour the unbelievably tender Slow Cooked Dorper Lamb Shoulder, which has been carefully cooked for 5 hours or the juicy Grilled Rack with parsley mashed potatoes. Two different cuts of lamb prepared in contrasting cooking styles, delivering the ultimate burst of sensational flavours. For poultry and seafood lovers, don’t miss out on the traditional ‘made to order’ Garlic Thyme Roast Chicken complimented with Ruby Roseval potatoes and wholesome button mushrooms, the Seafood Bouillabaisse; a rich tomato based fish stew of fresh sea bream, snapper and lobster cooked to perfection or the pan-fried Grilled Snapper with caper butter, green beens and La Ratte potatoes, known for its smooth and buttery texture.

To end the perfect meal, a variety of delectable desserts are available for those with a sweet tooth.
