A Chinese-Japanese Dining Team Up You Won't Want To Miss

This June 21 and 22, Ruyi & Lyn will host their first guest chef for an exciting culinary team-up.

This Wednesday and Thursday (June 21 and 22), Ruyi & Lyn at Bangsar Shopping Centre will temporarily turn into Ruyi & Rei to present the first of the establishment's guest chef collaboration series.

Together with Chef Eddie Ng of REI contemporary Japanese cuisine, co-host Chef James Ho will prepare a three-plus-three contemporary Chinese-Japanese meal that incorporates playful yet delicious creations.

Both chefs will bring their own respetive masteries to the dining table, which will culminate in an interaction session at the end of the meal.

Guests can look forward to dishes the likes of pan seared wagyu with egg ramen and butter poached whole river prawn with a grilled onion emulsion rolled with cabbage.
