For 5 days only, an award winning Japanese chef will be serving special Kaiseki menus at Zipangu, Shangri-La Hotel.
From September 27 to October 1, an award-winning guest chef will be serving special Kaiseki meals for dinner and a set lunch at Zipangu, Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur.
Chef Takayuki Oshima will be serving his signature kaiseki 8-course and 6-course meal for dinner, highlighting dishes such as sea urchin pudding, glutinous rice balls with grilled eel and crab meat omelette rice to name a few.
Chef Oshima is recognised by the Japanese government as a top class Japanese cooking technician, which has seen him prepare gourmet meals for the Japanese imperial family, notable country leaders and celebrities.
Lunch on the other hand, will be a beef cutlet curry set, available only for three days from September 27 to 29.
Dinner courses are priced RM 380 and RM 580 nett for the 6 and 8-course kaiseki meal while lunch is set for RM 150 nett.
