Available only from December 4, 2020 - January 3, 2021, these four cocktails are created by mixologist Shawn Chong in collaboration with Lilin+Co
RuMa Hotel and Residences challenged one of Malaysia's finest bartenders Shawn Chong to create cocktails inspired by the scents of Lilin+Co's candles, namely Strawberry & Champagne, Mimosa & Mandarin, Lychee & Black Tea, and Naughty or Nice Mulled Wine.
The winner of the 2018 Bartender of the Year award revealed that the process of mixing these four cocktails was no different from creating them for food pairings. "The scents excited the senses and I relied on their notes to inspire me," said Chong.

Strawberry + Bubbly (mocktail)
Strawberry syrup, peach syrup, orange juice, soda
Orange + Martini
Vodka, Cointreau, Campari
Apple + Cinnamon
Whiskey, passionfruit syrup, apple cinnamon jam
Lychee + Cypress
VSOP, lychee liqueur, oolong tea
Available at SEVEN Lobby Bar and Lounge, the mocktail costs RM50 while the other three cocktails are priced at RM60 each.
Each cocktail served is accompanied by a canape specially prepared by executive chef Tyson Gee. A customer who purchases all four cocktails will receive a complimentary Lilin+Co premium soy wax candle.
