The Tiger Street Food Festival in Singapore showcases the nation's new and rising hawkers.

In Singapore this week? On Sept 22 (Thursday) at Tan Quee Lan Street, Tiger beer will be hosting their inaugural food festival in support of Singaporean street food culture.

Expect the next generation of hawkers to be present at the festival, think new food entrepreneurs and third-generation purveyors, serving a wide variety of both Singaporean and Malaysian foods.

The event will take place from 5pm to 10:30pm and features dishes like chicken rice burger, Perak assam laksa, nasi lemak and much more, alongside beer pairings and life performances.
